Three days of motorcycle in the Haute-Savoie and Savoie !

You pick-up the rented motorcycle close to Annemasse, then Yvoire direction, a fortified medieval village. You can leave your helmet and jacket in the tourist office for a more enjoyable walk in the village. You then pass through Thonon-les-Bains and the Port of Rives, then by Evian. Then you climb towards Châtel by Abondance valley and gavot plateau. It is possible to visit Abondance abbey (information at tourist office: +33 (0) 4 50 73 02 90) You continue to Switzerland, through "Pas de Morgins". Around Martigny, you go to France via "Col de la Forclaz", then towards Chamonix. You pass St Gervais and Megeve, then "Col des Aravis", before reaching Thônes, reblochon cheese capital city !

We start from Thônes to the south, then toward Beaufort. We pass the lake created by the Roselend Dam, and Roselend pass (1967 m). We then enter natural park of Vanoise. We leave Bourg-St-Maurice to our right and continue towards Tignes dam and Val d'Isère, before climbing Col de l'Iseran (2764 m). We then go down towards Modane and Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, before taking Col de la Madeleine direction.
We cross the pass and after the descent we head towards Moutiers for the night.

We cross Col de la Madeleine, then go down in Albertville direction. We continue to Chambéry and we turn right in Bauges region towards Mont Revard. We go down to Aix-les-Bains and Bourget lake, we go along its west side.
We continue north to Frangy, then we climb on Salève mountain, from where you dominate Geneva and Léman lake, before returning to Annemasse.
